Welcome to The SWEETEASY website. By accessing this site, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Use of Our Website
The SWEETEASY website is provided to share information about our private event venue and services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
2. Event Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The SWEETEASY team. A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance and any additional fees must be paid according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
3. Pricing & Payments
Our base rental rate is $200 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and the venue accommodates up to 30 guests. All catering and beverage services are handled in-house. Prices and packages are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
4. Outside Food & Beverages
To maintain quality and consistency, outside food and beverages are not permitted. All catering and bar service must be arranged through The SWEETEASY.
5. Liability
Clients and guests are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or property during their event. The SWEETEASY is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages resulting from guest negligence or failure to comply with venue policies.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date if rescheduled with sufficient notice, at the discretion of management. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of all payments.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website or booking forms is used solely for communication and event coordination, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Policy Updates
The SWEETEASY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
