Hidden behind the brick walls of a former horse-and-buggy carriage passage, later transformed into High Springs’ temporary City Hall, lies a space with stories as rich as its design. During our restoration, we uncovered a secret internal passageway—a detail too perfect not to inspire the theme of The SweetEasy.
Today, The SWEETEASY carries the whispers of its past while welcoming a new era of unforgettable gatherings.

The Venue
By day, The SweetEasy is a refined private event space, ideal for weddings, celebrations, and intimate gatherings in a setting where history and elegance intertwine. By night, the venue transforms into a roaring 1920s-inspired speakeasy, complete with vintage ambiance, live entertainment, and an inventive drinks menu. Though we hold a beer & wine license, our skilled bartenders craft prohibition-era style cocktails using innovative, partially distilled spirits, offering guests an authentic yet modern speakeasy experience.
